Depois de experimentar várias técnicas da pintura e da fotografia, escolhi a aguarela como o meio principal de expressão de sentimentos, sensações e pensamentos.
As minhas pinturas começam sempre com pequenos manchas de água e cor e através da interacção de ambos as pinturas nascem. Todas as coisas perdidas e encerradas na minha memória, sentimentos, pensamentos, imagens, paisagens, lugares, pessoas e situações surgem entre os campos de cor, entre as linhas e entre as formas e ganham vida.
Descobri, trabalhando com aguarelas, o meu interior. A aguarela foi escolhida como técnica principal porque, com ela e pequenos pedaços de papel, consigo expressar-me totalmente. Deixei de sentir a pressão, sentida anteriormente, de trabalhar em grandes telas e sinto-me livre para fazer o que me passa pela mente. Assim, o resultado destes últimos anos de trabalho são estas pinturas cheias de luz, cor, vida e movimento. Nelas encontrei-me como pintora.

After trying several painting and photography techniques, i chose watercolour as the main media of expression of feelings, sensations and thoughts.
My paintings always start with small dots of water and colour and through the interaction of both the paintings are born. All things lost and lock in my memory, feelings and thoughts, images, landscapes, places, people and situations, appear between the fields of colour, the lines, the forms and become alive.
I found, working with watercolours, my inner self. Watercolours were chosen as my main technique cause, with them and small pieces of paper, I express myself totally. I no longer feel the pressure and the need, I felt before, of working on large canvas and I feel free to do whatever it comes to my mind. So the result of these last years of work is those paitings full of light, colour, life and movement. With them I found myself as a painter.
